The floor matt is nice and covers a large space for the chair to roll on and protects the carpet. However when it was sent to me the first time it got damaged before it got to me and was returned to the store. They then sent me a new one and it literally came to me as is no box nothing. I can see how it was damaged the first time because there was NOTHING protecting it. It's a nice matt but I now have a super large sticker on it from the mailing process which does NOT come off easily. It's on the lip and underneath the desk but for a detail oriented person like me I can still see it and it's an eyesore. Overall the matt is fine the delivery process was weird? I thought maybe that's how they deliver all of them but when I talked to my co-worker she said her was delivered in a long box and the floor matt was rolled up inside. Needless today I deducted a star for the eyesore sticker what doesn't come off cleanly.

Works very well on my plush rug. It replaces an older one that crumbled up after 2 years. This new one should last longer judging by its greater thickness from the last one.

For years I have gone through several chair mats that eventually cracked then punched a hole through the mat where chair casters settled in. This Chair Mat is much thicker and sure to stand up well for a long time to come and I highly recommend for anyone that has a High Pile Carpet.

the mat seems fine but I do not know why you have to put a big sticky label on it that I have to use a lot of Goo-Gone and scrape off. It took me over an hour to get it totally off and It didn't do wonders for my hands smelling the rest of the day in the office

office mat arrived ready to use!!! Ordered another one from Quill and it arrived as usual folded up and still in the process of flattening it out so it is useable a total of 4 days as the instructions say!

I was a little confused by description online and what I actually got. The description says low pile carpet mat but the product was actually labeled berber carpet mat. However I have shoved it under the edge of my desk where it can't move so working okay with my low pile carpet. However my biggest disappointment is that it is already getting dents from chair wheels. I was hoping with this expensive of a product it would be sturdy. I am not overweight 140 pounds and I only sit here a few hours a week. Again disappointing I try to move wheels around to prevent this but only so many places 5 wheels can go on a carpet chair pad.

good mat for low pile

this mat is fine. However I suggest picking it up directly from the store. It was delivered to my home without any packaging and was totally warped. I had to go back to the store to exchange. Also sometimes there are temporary divets in the mat from the weight of the chair but I have found this happens with other mats and they are only temporary.
