Not very good quality

I measured the depth of my carpet with a paperclip and then ordered the chair mat for medium pile carpet. My local staples only carries low pile chair mats. So I ordered online. It came pretty fast. However the spikes in the back don't hold the carpet. Consequently the mat seems to be slowly moving around. I have to pull it back in place almost every night. Disappointed.

This is the third or fourth time I've had to replace this rug protector They never last long but Staples is good enough to replace it every 6-9 months. It breaks up and becomes dangerous to your feet with pieces sticking up.

Pad too soft

The plastic pad made from is too soft. Wheels of chair sink in and will not roll out of the divot. Get one with thicker harder material or you will be returning it.

The Staples warehouse/shippers keep putting

The Staples warehouse/shippers keep putting labels on the floor mats that can NOT be cleanly removed. If you are lucky enough to get them off you still can not get the sticky reside off. This happened to us several years ago and we thought we would give them another try. Another failure
