Medium pile chair mat

They don't have these in the store so I have been buying the wrong one and they have been cracking from the bounce. Asked about the warranty this time (new sign on stand) and manager explained what I needed and helped me order it on-line. Came right to my door. If these last and don't crack I will be a very happy camper!

The product is just fine. They didn't have it in the store so it was shipped to our home. We found the chair mat laying on the front porch not wrapped not rolled not in a box. Not good.
