When it came out of the box it was VERY hard to unroll. But once we did it was only a matter of hours that it straightened out on the floor. I love it!

The chairmat was delivered on the promised day and seems to be just what we expected. It was easy to place now the only question is its durability which only time will tell. That's why I couldn't give five stars.

The plastic Chair mat worked out great under the desk .. looks good and keeps the chair rocking & a rolling very well!
