The mat is fine and deliver was fast. However after laying it down I ran my hand along the surface and it came away full of some kind of black powdery substance or dust. Luckily I caught it before I rolled my chair on an off it a few times or it would have been transferred to our carpeting.

Have only used it a couple days. Seems to protect the carpet pretty well. Does seem to develop pockets where the wheels of the chair are.

This Chair Mat Cracks and Breaks

It started cracking just after it was a year old. It's warranty was up. It is now breaking up now and soon to be falling apart so it is not worth saving the money. I will buy a good one next time

Received on time and in good condition. Works well but a little surprised at dents made in mat by chair. I am only 165 pounds bur large dents made when sitting in a light chair - more so than previous mats. Mat appears to even out overnight but sometimes difficult to move chair after sitting in one position for some time.

CHAIR MAT CURLED!

This is the 2nd chair mat I ordered; same item number. The first one was great. It laid flat didn't curl up and lasted more than 2 years. This one has been nothing but trouble. It slides against the credenza and curls up and is a trip hazzard. I want it replaced! I would give no stars if I could.

"Tongue" fits well under desk. Size is perfect for 5' desk. Larger size was way too big. Only thing missing is the graduated edges as opposed to the existing straight edge. Dislike that but chair not going off mat so OK. like the prongs that hold the mat in place on top of tug. Well worth the money. Matter of fact the large one is way overpriced!!!!! I promptly returned it as didin't like at all especially considering price different. IF I needed a new one I would purchase this one again!!!
