Chair mat that does the job

Not much more to say. My working space is small just enough for this mat but I wanted to have peace of mind that I would not be damaging the floor when rolling with my chair. This mat definitely does the job. Moreover because of its transparency I forget it is there!

Better than the first carpet chair mat but still not easy to maneuver on.

We excepted some flexibility in the Carpet Chair Mat so it does not crack but the chair makes indentations and then it is difficult to pull/push the chair forward.

The chair mat was shipped unwrapped and just left sitting on my porch by the carrier. The chair mat is thinner and thus more flexible than it really should be. I was afraid that the chair casters would sink into the plastic too much and crack the mat. I decided to keep the mat because it is a pain to handle and transport due to its size and weight. I would buy a thicker mat in the future if it was available. These large mats are not available in the store though so it is hard to tell what you are really getting.

We have used these chair mats in our carpeted offices for the last couple years and they have outperformed anything we previously had. I bought this one for my son to use in his carpeted home office and he is pleased. This mat does not "dent".
