I had to order the mat and picked it up at the store. I am not particularly pleased with the it’s performance. I weigh just under 200 pounds but double wheels on my typical office chair sink into the mat so it is hard to roll it to a different spot.

This mat is excellent. My chair rolls on it very well. It is thick enough that the wheels don't cause depressions that require effort to get out of. It doesn't slip either;the cleats really hold on my medium-pile carpet.

ARRIVED ROLLED WITH STICKERS ATTACHED. WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF WAS SHIPPED FLAT AND WITHOUT STICKERS ON THE MERCHANDISE. STICKERS WHEN REMOVED STILL LEFT RESIDUE AND PAPER WHICH HAD TO BE SCRUBBED OFF. PRODUCT WAS OF GREAT QUALITY.

The chair mat that I purchased is extremely soft. It conforms to the chair rollers making it difficult to move. I would not recommend its use with plush carpet.

The pile of my carpet is less than 1" yet the mat still allows indents even with another flat plastic chair mat on top . . . I am not pleased . . .

I only weigh 145 lbs and the floor mat only seems to last 1 year. I don't know what the longevity should be but I feel it should last longer that than before cracking and breaking.
