The Matt slides on carpet

I am dissapointed in the Matt in that the label on it notes it is for carpet so it should not slip (slide) over low pile carpet but it does slide into the desk legs and requires adjusting regularly after sitting at a desk and moving the chair around the desk.

The first mat I had from another source was absolutely terrible. It had a chemical odor and my chair sank into it. This one that I purchased from Staples is fantastic no odor and it supports my chair just fine. I highly recommend it.

Ordered several of these for our office and everyone is having issues with the plastic being too "soft" and office chairs are making permanent indentations that the chair wheels then are getting stuck in as we try to move. I know they're one of the more reasonably priced mats but they aren't even worth the cost.

Strong/thick plastic but cleats slide

This is good for low pile carpet (3/8") but the cleats aren't deep/sharp enough to dig in to prevent some sliding. I have to re-center it under my desk after a couple of days.
