This is the second time ordering this particular mat only this one is a little smaller. I love how smooth it lays and how easy it is to roll on. Without the lip there is no tripping hazzard. Great quality laid down flat from the start. The only down-side to this mat is that it lasted me for about three or four years before it started cracking and breaking but my mat gets a lot of use.The price is good for the quality you are getting so you can afford to replace it every four years or so.

I loved the floor mat I received. It works perfectly. Price a bit high but still reasonable!

This is my second one the other one was 6 years old and was used 8-10 hours per day. Saved the carpet.

The Staples® 46" x 60" Flat Pile Carpet Chair Mat Rectangular seems good. My prior one was good at first also but the material started to split and break down in a short period of time. We'll see if this one will hold up a little longer. Only time will tell..
