Not totally liking these glue sticks. Purchased to adhere photos to homemade note cards. The brand I had prior to this was awesome....slide it on and it took hold and stayed glued. Your brand does not adhere well at all. Or stay glued. Had to re-glue several cards and put them under a heavy book for glue to "cure" and stay put. Will not buy it again. Hopefully the other brand will return at the craft store once again.

The Staples glue sticks are much better than Elmer's all purpose glue sticks. The Staples glue has a stronger adhesive and glued on paper does not come off compared to other brands. I recommend the Staples glue sticks.

I was working on a home project during the Coronavirus pandemic where I was attaching playbills from theaters to white poster boards using glue sticks in order to decorate my garage walls. It was easy to use the sticks without any mess and it took a lot less time to attach the playbills to the boards than it did with a liquid glue.

Been using this product for several years. I prefer the .28 oz size because it is cleaner when applying to envelopes and it does not dry out like the 1.4 oz size.
