Bought them for my grandchildren. Not colored as the package states. False packaging.

Glue sticks don't...

Used this on our Christmas cards. It seemed to stick when first applied but once people received the cards the glue was coming undone. Cannot recommend.

Cheap yet functional

Since there are several in a pack I keep one in the Kitchen junk drawer a couple with my Scrapbooking supplies etc. I don't know if the things I glued will still hold in years to come as I haven't used one for years yet. When I wrap presents I often glue on a picture or recycled greeting card to the present and using this glue stick made it easy and convenient.

These Don't Work!

I bought these glue sticks to use with special needs students. I made a sample of a paper frame paper picture and small paper words. I also made the same paper pictures for my entire class of students. I made sure I applied lots of glue since I know stick glue sometime comes up. The next day almost every frame and the sample fell apart. I needed to buy more glue that actually worked. I will never buy Staples glue sticks again and I may not buy Staples brand of other things too.

Not as good as I thought

As a greeting card maker I look for an economical adhesive but one that will do the job. This unfortunately did not work for me. Not only was it difficult to apply (without drying out) but the end result was that my card layers did not adhere. The price was great and that is usually my first consideration but these glue sticks didn't cut the mustard at all.
