Washability is important

Some of these will be packed in mission boxes for Operation Christmas Child to be sent worldwide to children in impoverished areas so want to be sure they receive quality products. This is the brand I use in my real estate business to piece together information for flyers brochures etc. and to attach pages of tax plats together before scanning. The glue is pliable and easy to work with stays sticky long enough to secure the work in place but also dries quickly so the project is finished quickly.

I use glue sticks a lot in crafts projects so I'm very particular and insist on high quality glue. I love these glue sticks because they glide on nice and smoothly with a nice shade of purple that clearly delineates the area where you've applied it. Even when using these glue sticks on thin translucent paper the glue doesn't show through because it dries clear The fact that the glue is good and sticky means you don;t need to use too much of it so the glue sticks last longer and are very cost efficient.

Makes wrapping packages a breeze. I needed to stick a smaller gift wrapped box on top of the larger gift wrapped box and I knew scotcg tape would not hold it on tight enough considering we were going to be traveling with the gift. I smeared some on the bottom of the smaller package centered it on the top of the larger package and set it down. It adhered nicely and quickly survived the 45 minute road trip and arrived intact to the birthday party. I did not use ribbon or any other adhesive to help hold the two boxes together...the glue stick did the job by itself.

You get what you pay for

I bought this for a back to school sale (I am teaching some classes). So far on our first project they were not very good unless you used a lot of product. I am waiting to see the long term effect. Halfway through the project I switched to regular liquid glue to get the job done.
