This is a way to have all information within one folder and the plyboard exterior makes it within standard constant use

Great folders for Contracts

I started using these classification folders about 10 years ago when the company I was working for had contracts that needed to be separated out. Since there were several pieces to the contract this was a perfect solution and it holds so much paperwork. Now working for a new company I have implemented this type of folder to divide information with their contracts. The only downfall for this folder is that it's a little bit expensive and when you have so many contracts to put together...it breaks the budget. Though it's a little pricey it's worth having them.

Vacant homes are assigned a folder we use each section for a special piece of listing corespondance building inspectio closing/contract. It could be a bit stronger but it is perfect in every way.
