I would have preferred this pad be thicker as I placed it on top of thick carpet. For the moment it seems to be doing fine supporting me and my desk chair.

We received the item in a couple of days and at a fair price. Couldn't be happier with the good service.

Mat is perfect. Shipped with no packaging and arrived filthy. But after cleaned up- love it.
