In shipping this item all they did was stick a label on it and that was it. It arrived creased up because it was folded and kinked leaving it with permanent defects. They could have rolled and taped it but that would've required some experience it the shipping department. Should I blame Covid?

I bought the least expensive floor mat and am wishing I went with the more expensive option. Chair sinks in a little into the mat so chair does not roll smoothly. Mat moves on the carpet since the bottom is smooth.
