This hard plastic floor mat is great. It does last a long time. I made sure of the specific size dimensions I measured the old mat to make sure this was the correct size. The price is little hefty but due to inflation and tariffs the cost is worth it because it will last for some time. I really enjoy the mat in my office space. I highly recommend it. Eventually I will go to a heavier mat but this will last for a good while.

Useful only on hard surface-like carpeting such is indoor-outdoor. The mat sinks under the chair rollers on any carpeting with higher pile thus unable to move the chair without lift up out of the chair.

The mat is too soft. Indentations from the chair were immediate making it difficult to move the chair. Do not recommend. Expected a higher quality of product.
