Easy to keep clean chair rolls easily and smoothly but most of all it does exactly what it says it stays in place and protects those hardwood floors. Much-- much-- cheaper than having them refinished. A real good investment

I used to use the mat for my computer chair. This time I have used it for my mom's room. I laid it on the carpet floor between the door and her bed so that her wheelchair could roll in easily. It works like a charm. Thank you.

No More Cardboard Floor Mat

Purchased as a Christmas gift to replace work-at-home dad's budget version - a giant piece of cardboard. This offers a decent sized space to work in and move around but does not skid on the finished floors like cardboard or a carpet remnant would have. No scratches to the floor or scuffs but enough traction that the chair does not slide all over the place. The size was perfect for a standard home computer station we were originally concerned it might be more suited for a corporate environment but were pleasantly surprised to find it suited our purposes just fine.
