I was overall not impressed. The first mat I paid for and took home I found was ripped at the crease when I opened it. I returned it and got a new one. I put it on the floor and liked it. The next day I moved a desk in my office and when I picked up the mat I found it now was ripped in the crease. I went back a third time and this time was greeted by a nice man coming from the print area as I was walking in and he was very custormer friendly and verylpful. I wish I remembered his name. The first two times I came i the person at the cash register said nothing.

Too Soft for Low Pile. Get a harder better one!!!

This mat dents when a chair is placed on it and causes it to be hard to move around as the chair is stuck in its dents. Makers and Staples have to know this and should sell a better product and stop saying this is correct for low pile carpets. My carpet is the lowest pile giving to mat every chance of being right but it is still wrong
