Mat woulld be much better if made of thicker more ridged plastic. Don't like the dimples in the mat that make it hard to roll around or change position.
If you need an inexpensive desk mat for your home office this is the one to get if you have low pile carpeting. I would not recommend it for a business office with heavy use.
It required three men and a small boy to lay it flat. Within days this chair mat developed "dimples" where the chair wheels were located. I tried to go cheap and should have bought the more expensive rigid model.
We use on floor to cover carpet to make it easier to roll a wheelchair around all day. They hold up very good. We now have 6 in the room so they can mobilize better.
