This mat is made of very soft plastic. The wheels of my chair sink into it and cannot roll without effort. Since the wheels sink into the mat they also sink into the carpet. So what is the purpose of the mat. I will be tossing it in the trash soon and go shopping at a store what a novel idea and not in line.

The cleats on the bottom are not long enough to hold it in place. I moves several inches each time the chair rolls on it.

I have a semi plush carpet. There’s some digging but not like some of the reviews state. Definitely thick and sturdy. If it’s always resources from the same supplier this is worth the purchase. Very happy with it.

The plastic floor mat is as advertised. It's working as a plastic mat that sits on top of a carpet and supports my wheeled work chair is supposed to work. Ask me in a few months or years if the mat is still in great shape or if like the last one I bought it had cracked so much that a piece of it in the middle had even broken out. (This mat might be a bit thicker than the last one. It cost a bit more than the last one. I guess you get what you pay for if you're lucky.)
