Serves Double Duty

This Chair Mat is being used by an overweight individual on high pile carpet and so far is working great. It was delivered right to my door I didn't have to drive to the store get it into my vehicle drive home and have to drag it into the house. I only had to drag it into my house! Since it is 46" x 60" and wobbly that means a lot. Make sure your area is large enough to handle this size before purchasing! This is being used in a spare bedroom where the computer is located and it just fit. Since it is 5' long I can wheel from the desk to the low filing cabinet and is making work a lot easier! Incresing thickness would improve

I needed a larger mat to cover the large area for my chair to be used with my corner desks arrangement. This is the largest I could find that would work which was a plus. However the mat I previously used for my high pile carpet was thicker and did not deform under the chair wheels as the Staple mat does. The Staple mat is OK but I would have paid more for a thicker mat. I felt it would work simarly since it was advertised for high pile as my previous mat was also. The old mat was thicker!

Very Thin Plastic

I ordered this mat from staples to replace one I had gotten from them about 2 years ago. I was expecting a similar product as it was the same price as the previous one I ordered. I was very disapointed when this arrived to find that is was the not much thicker than a plastic runner you would use in a hallway. I would not order one of these agai.

This product appears to be of good quality. It is ideal for low pile carpet could be a little wider but was the best size for the space I had. The clear finish blends well in my office. The gripping devices on the back of the mat secures it in place. It will clean easy. I would recommend it to anyone who does not want to wear their carpet out with castors on office chairs. The free delivery was a definite plus as the mat is awkard to transport in a car. Also the awards applying to the purchase was great.

Nice Mat!

I was a bit unsure about this purchase after reading the reviews. I had my previous mat for at least 15 years. I was surprised that it was delivered flat not rolled and in a box. So it laid down perfectly. The only con is the large label that was stuck on. Our custodian graciously scraped it all off with a knife which took some time. It would be great if you used peal and stick labels.

OK but moves

This chair mat works well in protecting the carpet but every 2 days I have to re-position it. The mat tends to move 4" - 8" (primarily back away from the desk) after a couple of days of sitting in and moving the desk chair backwards in order to stand up. If that won't bother you it works very well.

disappointing chairmat

depressions formed the first day I used this chair mat from the wheels on my chair. I'm not heavy so this mat isn't thick enough to withstand normal use in my opinion
