Receive a filthy chipped and scratched up carpet chair mat

What began as a routine online purchase at Staples turned into an unexpected saga of disappointment. The carpet mat intended to enhance my workspace ended up being a reminder that appearances can be deceiving. This experience serves as a cautionary tale urging consumers to scrutinize products before purchase and highlighting the importance of reliable customer service in mitigating dissatisfaction. As the scratched and filthy carpet mat serves as a constant reminder in my office it stands as a testament to the unpredictability that can accompany even the most routine purchases. This carpet mat should have been shipped inside a cardboard box in a flat state to avoid the rough handling it experienced in transit. A shipping label was placed on the bare carpet mat and shipped with no protection. Very unsatisfied with Staples and will be going to a different vendor moving forward. At the moment I'm working on a YouTube video I'll be putting up on my channel with 600k subscribers

Clearer than my prior one and a couple inches larger too. Great size. We'll see how long it lasts before it starts to crack on my thick carpeting. The chair does develop divots as I sit here (as did the old one) so we'll see how it holds up.

We should have bought this at least a year ago! The fake wood flooring had worn thru to the subfloor at that desk and there was a hole where the chair was. Made it difficult to move the chair but this mat covers the hole and it's much easier to move. We've finally gotten approval to replace the floor but that mat will remain to protect the new flooring.
