This chair mat is very stiff and so you would think it would be easy to roll your chair on but it is not. I have to forcibly push the chair with my feet to move it and it is not easy. I would not recommend this mat for carpet. I would also not recommend this mat for hard floors either because it has the pin points on the back side to keep it secured to the carpet. They may scratch your floor.

I've only been using it for a few days but my only complaint is that it is easily warped. I have it on carpet and it's perfect to keep my desk chair mobile. But if I sit in one spot for too long it sinks and makes it hard to move.
