Quality Product!

Good product. I wanted envelopes that did not have the clasps. Post office makes you tape over the clasp anyway. I still use tape for sealing rather than the gummed flap but it seems to be adequate for use that way also. I will definitely buy more.

shoddy construction

Buy the self seal a little more money but better constructed. The bottom flap ends are not glued so you have to tape them down the corners and sometimes the whole lick strip don't seal. If it's interoffice not going through the postal system it should be fine. If you have documents be sure to have the tape handy because it's the only way the corners and flaps will stay down.

Good and/but heavy

These envelopes are made out of strong heavy paper which is good in that it is durable but the drawback is that they're heavy and therefore cost more to ship. Even so I would buy these again.

Good BUT Was Better

Would prefer: 1. Not gummed (but gummed is ok) 2. Restore longer flap: I use DABnSEAL hard to avoid getting it on contents. We ship 96-pg book sometimes two per envelope: shorter flap probably caused some pages to be edge-glued.

Good basic envelope

This is a good choice for sturdy envelopes in this size. The flap adhesive seems fine but since we seal using packing tape this is not a concern. The price makes this an economical choice.
