For Federal Absentee Ballot

Federal absentee ballots require the 4 X 6 inch envelope to hold the ballot. Sent them to my daughter in Japan so she could vote in the November 2012 election. The website requires certain envelope sizes that you have to print with a notice on it that identifies it as a Federal Ballot. It is an odd size and the ballot itself is on standard letter size paper so you have to fold it many times to fit. Then I had to mail everything back to her in Japan so that she could vote and mail it back to the election board.

We've used these fine envelopes for many projects in our not-for-profit ministry. We've used them for our fundraising Banquet with Avery's 4 x 6 postcards. We've sent Banquet invitations in them and also placed our Banquet Pledge and Egiving Cards in them. When we create our own Christmas or Thanksgiving cards to send as "thank-you" cards each year to our donors we always use these envelopes. Several boxes are always on hand to be used along with Avery's 4 x 6 postcards for Birthday cards and Invitations created in-house.
