These are incredible flimsy and can only hold a few sheets of paper. They tear very easily even if not stuffed full. Save your money and buy the more expensive heavier file jackets.

Top Tab Extends 1/4" not 1/2"

They advertise the top tab being 1/2" above the folder; it used to be but a couple of months ago they changed the design. It now only extends 1/4" above the folder which makes it difficult to apply labels and impossible to see anything other than the top line of a label.
