Does not stay in place but moves away from where you need it. At least once a day you have to slide it back to the proper place it needs to be.

it's a little thin but I only use it about 30 or 40 minutes a day and it does seem to help the carpet

In my home office the rug really requires this plastic mat so my chair rolls easily. They do not last forever however as this was a replacement for one I got four years ago and I am not in my office every day by a long shot. After about four years it starts cracking and breaking down — but when it’s working it’s great. I’ve gone through several of these in my life so I know this to be true.

Desk mat is heavy duty with nubs to go into the carpet. It still slides a little but not as much as lighter mats.

Fits well and holds well to the low pile carpet. Already a couple of small divots where the chair(s) are (ordered several for office) time will tell if these get any deeper

Good quality product at competitive price! Ordered it online for store pickup and waiting for me at store as promised. The staff at this store was extraordinarily efficient helpful friendly and professional! Nice to know that I don’t need to buy something on line from an unnamed source. I will continue shopping here for my small business needs. BTW this is an unsolicited comment!

Seems like every few years my chair mat cracks. For around $25 this lasts until I need another one.
