Product is ok but not as durable. I expected less movement on carpet when in the chair and a bit for heavier. The chair seems to create indents in the mat.

We've bought several of these mats over the years. Yes this particular placement gets used every day and a lot during the day. So perhaps it's lasting as long as it should. I might look into the warranty as it is supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

My criteria was pretty significant. These are the specific items: 1- 40”-45” x 50”-65” 2-Had to be delivered flat not rolled 3-NO GLASS 4-Thicker than 1” 5-Good reviews ( not perfect but better than 3.5) 6-Free Delivery 7-Good Customer service in case it came chipped or damaged in some way. 8-Decent price I didn’t worry too much about the return policy because I figured that I would just have to wait again if it wasn’t what I wanted. As long as it met my requirements I didn’t care. I did a significant amount of research checking a wide variety of sources stores and online sites. This is one of the 3 of all of them so I wasn’t unhappy just not wowed. I have only had this a week and it is showing dimples which I’m not happy about but other than that it met all of my standards so I can’t complain too much. I’m the one who chose it.

I ordered an office chair floor mat and was notified that delivery would be next day. For the next five business days I recievd notification that the delivery was delayed and it would be delivered the next day. I was being patient. On the fifith day of no delivery I was notifed my order was cancelled and I would get a refund. I was very disappointed in this experience. I've been a regular Staples customer for many years and intentionally try to 'spread the love' by not just going straight to Amazon. In this case it did not work out well.
