My office chair sank into the soft plastic and couldn’t roll freely. Why it’s marketed as being for “Extra Carpet” is beyond me; I can’t imagine it working on anything but hard floors Returned it the next day and Staples took it back without any hassle.

We checked our purchase on line before going to the store. Sales Associates on the selling floor were helpful and made sure we found our selection even though they were busy cleaning.
