Too Thin; Too Soft: Chair Rollers Dig Into Plastic

Very disappointed. First put mat outside in sun with weight on part that was curled up. Then after a few hours installed it. Not better than bare carpet was as far as movement of office chair rollers.

Bought this same mat 7 years ago and chair legs finally cracked mat and broke through to carpeting which we were trying to protect by replacing the mat. . Will have to go back to see if the store has a better solution.

The whole purpose for getting a Carpet Chair Mat is to make it easier to slide your chair. I've had this mat for less than a week and it's got dents under the wheels so deep I can barely move the chair. My previous mat lasted years and had to be replace only because it was starting to crack with age. It cracked but it didn't dent. Wish I still had my prior one.
