Customer service was awesome with immediately helping me add an additional coupon after check out. Delivery was next day and on time. Items are perfectly as described.

The mat is sturdy and thick. Our carpeting is very thin so even though it does deform from the chair feet it's not that bad. If your carpet is thicker you may have trouble with the plastic deforming too much - making rolling difficult and future cracks inevitable. Still it's a decent price for probably a couple of years worth of use on our carpet.
