It serves its purpose. However it's not as rigid as I would have liked. As a result the wheels leave an indentation and they don't glide as smoothly as I expected.

The mat does not stay stable on top of the carpet. I had a sales rep. assist me and never was told that it was possibly for a thin carpet. Now every minute I need to straighten it (not kidding)…Truly disappointed…

Does what I want it to do which is protect the carpet and helps me roll easily. Very happy with purchase. Came on time too. the only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it does seem to get dents in it from chair. I am only 125lbs so I don't think it is me. I don't care much about that but wanted to point it out in case someone does.

The first time this item arrived it was filthy covered in foot prints and not flat. I assumed that must be a mistake so I requested a replacement. The second one came in even worst completely covered in dirt and warped. Unless you pull out a hose (in the middle of winter) it’s nearly impossible to clean the bottom when it’s covered in dirt due to the spikes. And then spoke to customer service who claimed the next replacement would be perfect. Nope. Same thing. It’s completely unacceptable to send your customer an item covered in dirt. Is it so difficult to wrap plastic around this thing so it’s not filthy? Zero stars.

Buy the thicker plastic! This is horrible! Think carpet in office. Yet in two weeks I already have divots in the plastic where I sit for hours (150 lbs) bc it is cheap material.

I am very satisfied with this mat. The medium pile seems to have the appropriate thickness needed for the carpet in my office which has thicker carpet. Seems like it will hold up well and a good value for the quality.
