My chair puts bumps in the surface which are hard to return to a smooth surface.

This mat suits my purpose for my office at home and is very reasonably priced. I'm quite satisfied.

Okay for what I need

I am using this mat on a low pile carpet with a thick carpet pad. My problem is that the mat dents into the cushioned floor covering and then my chair wants to roll and "stick" where those dents are so maybe a thicker mat would have been better but I was also looking for affordability (as in cheap). So I got what I paid for. I don't know that I would recommend for use on home carpeting.

I had a plastic protector before which did the job but it wore out. This product is aggravating and fairly useless. I WOULD recommend it to an enemy but not to a friend.

It works only for a while

I would spend more to find something that holds up better. It is used solely to protect the carpet underneath. It usually breaks into pieces after one year or so.

Light and easy to use. Would like handle grips so it can be lifted from the floor at times without bruising hands.
