too much adhesive

The adhesive used to package it will not come off. I have used everything I can think of and I still have a 2 inch strip of sticky adhesive. My chair and my shoes stick to it.

Perfect fit under the desk

This mat fits perfectly under my home office desk and my chair rolls easily on the surface. It stays in place no matter what size person is sitting at the desk. It has a nice finish wipes clean with a damp cloth. I would buy the same again.

Might as well get some card board and stick under your chair because that is exactly how flimsy this piece of junk is. The ad said it was for 3/4" carpet yea right. Within 30 seconds the rollers on the chair indent it so you can't roll.

Too Thin Not Worth It

It's not thick enough for plush carpet. No really--it isn't. Chair leaves big dents in the mat. What pushed me over the edge to write this was that I saw a 45x53 E.S. Robbins mat at the local C0stc0 today for nearly half what this one is going for! That one was rated for 3/4 inch carpet but looked every bit as thick as this Staples one and had a lifetime no-crack warranty. Next time I'll shop around more.

This was a upgraded replacement for one that did not perform well. The last one was cracked and destroyed in 4 months.
