THIS IS MY SECOND MAT ONLY BECAUSE THEY HAD A SALE. I WANTED A HARD FINISHED MAT. FAR TOO SOFT AND THE WHEELS DIG IN TO THE MAT.

Used at home office which is adequate. Would not be sturdy enough for daily use of 4 or more hours in an office situation. Pleased due to the low price that I paid.

It is advertised as "Great for plush carpets Best on carpets and pads up to 3/4" thick 130 mil thick Peg cleats for easier handling more cleats per mat for superior hold and support Beveled edge provides for easy..." Maybe it was just me but this is in no way what so ever designed for anything other than standard office no-pile carpet. I have no idea how they say it is for plush carpet up to 3/4". When you put a chair on it it you simply sink down into the mat making indents that sort of prevent you from rolling out at all. It is seriously better to just roll on top of the carpet than with this item. I'm returning it. Perhaps your experience will be better than mine but I would suggest you select another item if you intend to use on any carpet other than standard office carpet.

I had an old mat that crept every time I moved my chair -- this one stays put and the rug looks great through it!

This mat said it was for carpeting up to 3/4" thick. I put it on 1/2" carpet which should have been even better but just sitting down in my 5 roller/leg chair for 5 minutes left dents! It was thinner than the one I had bought for way less. Poor quality product. THIN. A waste of my time!
