Haven't had mat long 3 wks but it seems more substantial than previous fold-in-half mat which proved brittle and cracked and broke after use.

Great for small area spaces. Not so great for wear. Still not too expensive to replace every 18 months or so.

Good product without paying the higher price for thicker pads. Works well on thinner carpeting would not be as good on plusher types.

I use the mat in my home. I have Burber carpet but the chair pad is to soft my chair does not want to move if chair is positioned to long in one spot.

Product is not thick enough Wheels leave imprints and makes it hard to move around.
