The mat is thin and shows deep indentations from chair wheels. Choose a thicker mat for rugs. Great on hard surfaces

My very big problem with this product is that it does not last. It starts cracking in six months and by eighteen months or so it needs to be replaced. All else is fine.

This chair-mat is decent at best. It will probably last me 2 years if I am lucky but you get what you pay for. The only 2 issues I had is with the unintelligent Staples warehouse staff who folded this like a taco and stuffed it in a box. Now it won't even out and flares up on the edges. Also the sticker they put on it won't come off. I guess when you buy cheap merchandise why would they put decent sticker on it that easy for the customer to peel off? I would of gave it a 4 star rating and would of recommend this to you or a friend if it wasn't for the incompetence of the minimum wage paid warehouse staff whom probably wouldn't pass a drug test without the help of a full body cleanse their mom bought for them so they can pay their half of the cell phone bill.
