Are suitable for Quickbooks

I saw a review that said they were not suitable for Quickbooks. With a very minor adjustment they work just fine.

Worst envelopes EVER!

Ordered a box of 500 last year - the corner of every one was sealed - had to manually unseal every corner! Just ordered a new box hoping for a different outcome and this time EVERY single envelope in this box was completely sealed returned box to the store and had to choose a different one as these are not available in the store - choose a #9 envelope that worked just fine for our printed invoices and checks.

Staples #10 Envelope Double Window Security-Tint Gummed Envelopes 500/Box are excellent for mass mailing easy to seal and they have a security-tint to keep your contents safe.

Not for use with Quickbooks

As an envelope it is fine. However it is not acceptable for use with Quickbooks Accounts Payable.

Double window envelopes that work with stuffing equipment

Yes these do work with automatic inserters. These are the only ones I have found in the market that will work and have the right cut. They are a little pricey but worth it when you use the equipment to go fast.

Business Windowed Envelope - Security Tint

These are nice envelopes - address can be seen through the windows. Mostly I use them for payroll but they are good for other business correspondence. The only drawback is that I feel they are little too pricey. Thanks.

I especially like these envelopes because of the commercial flap and diagonal seam - which is getting hard to find with a windowed security envelope. Also like that the flap edge is smooth rather than sharp helping to prevent paper cuts. Please don't ever change this envelope!
