Recycled content not specified and evasive.

I saw a question asking about the "100% plant and 100% recycled content" asking for clarification. The response was just a reiteration of the evasive claim. On the box I just received is written "100% of fibers made from plants & recycled material". That begs the question first asked, what recycled materials are NOT from plants? This could mean that it contains some recycled plastic or other non-compostable or non-biodegradable content which would be destroying the environment when discarded in landfills or waterways.
