Great way to organize bills to be paid.

I stopped using this a number of years ago and found out how easy it was to be late paying my bills. Back to this product and staying up to date. This is a numbered expandable file ... not the lettered one. I would recommend it to anyone who does not have a bookkeeper in the office to keep0 track of important deadlines. My business life has a way of taking up all my time thus personal deadlines get sidelined. Ooppss! That gets me into trouble. This file will help with making a more efficient and timely bill-paying objective.
heavy duty file used daily for storage of small business receipts for year. Holds up and lasts in storage for min of 3-5 years without falling apart. Pocket could be a little wider but no folder is wide enough
I purchased this item so I could easily organize my monthly bills. When I receive a bill in the mail I immediately write the amount due and the date due on the envelope and place it in a slot 5 days before the due date. No more lost bills!!!!
You have about 3 or 4 of these but I think they're very limiting in their uses. I think it would be more useful to create one that has open-ended uses. For example you have an alphabetized one (26 slots) then one of 36 then one for receipts - there again only a finite number slots and people have way more categories. These are just too limiting. I think what this line really needs is something that the user can customize to his/her uses. So I recommend you have UN-categorized 36 and 50 slots products in both 8&1/2 and legal sized. Also that reach around flap (that prevents the contents from spilling) is only available on one of the designs. You SHOULD have it for all because although simple it was a great idea that worked well. Perhaps an extra-long band that the user could double-tie depending on how bulky their contents were.
