It does help me- I have a bad back and trying to roll on the carpet really hurt. It’s pretty easy to roll. The only thing I don’t like is that the indentation marks from the chair rolling.

Well we got the wheels locked into place.... And that is where it stopped. The arms are not lining up with their coopesponding holes for the screws.....and the directions are written wrong. I am actually trying to ship this chair back or take it to the nearest Staples and let try to but it together!

Came packed in a box not loose. Was clean and required only a quick wipe before using. Flattened quickly in the sun on a cool day. Very slick top and bottom; slides on the floor and my socked feet slide on top. Otherwise no complaints so far. We'll see how it holds up over time.
