The clear mat is nice and has durable quality but moves on the carpet, it doesn’t stay in place, I’m constantly having to move it back to it’s original placement for my entryway

Smooth Rolling and Nearly Invisible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been very happy with this chair mat so far. It feels sturdy and well made, and it has made a noticeable difference in how easily my office chair moves across my rug.
One of my favorite features is how well it blends into my workspace. The clear material lets the pattern of my rug show through, so it doesn’t stand out or take away from the look of my office. It has a slight texture and sheen, but it’s subtle enough that it almost disappears once it’s in place.
The mat lies flat and feels rigid enough that my chair doesn’t sink into it like it has with softer mats I’ve used in the past. My chair glides smoothly in every direction, making it much easier to get in and out from under my desk and move around throughout the day. The small grips on the underside also do a good job of keeping the mat from shifting on the carpet.
What impressed me most is the overall quality. It feels solid and durable, and it has held its shape well during everyday use. While only time will tell how it stands up to long-term wear and whether it resists permanent dents, my first impression is that it’s a high-quality chair mat that looks great, performs well, and helps protect my carpet.

An absolute must have

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair mat was absolutely incredible. It came in a large box but was unharmed during transit. I have two large dogs and two small children so my house is generally a mess. To have something that will protect my carpet from my animals and children is a must have! It’s low enough that there is no impact to the look and feel of the office space, but also keeps my space clean and keeps my chair in place.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was a little concerned with the mat as it is much smaller than the previous one I have. After using it for over a week, it hasn’t curled up once. I wish it were a bit bigger (only because my desk is on the larger side) but I’m not needing to re do its placement at all which is so nice. It’s the same thickness as a regular mat, but some how stays put and doesn’t curl which is mind blowing to me. Very happy with this and would order another for my husbands desk! Quality and durability is significantly better than the one I purchased a few years ago. I can see this holding up for the long term and protecting our newly refurnished floors while I’m on a roley chair for work.

Hard Floor Chair Mat

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just as the description suggested, this chair mat was made for non-carpeted floors.
When I first received the mat, I could tell that it was made of really sturdy material. It is a good thickness without feeling unleveled when rolling off the mat with the chair. I also like that the mat itself is a glossy transparent color rather than being the typical opaque one. It adds a classier element because it doesn't look cloudy or yellowish.
The mat is great in the sense that it stays flat and doesn't curl. Even when it had been propped up for a few days and was starting to bend, it laid flat once out of the packaging.
However, because the flooring is laminate, there really isn't friction to make the mat stay in place other than the weight of my body on the chair holding it down like a paper weight. This is both a pro and con for me. Pro because that means it is easily movable. Con because it is easily movable.
Overall though, my impression is that this may does its job, looks good with the rest of the room (almost hidden practically), and is made of really durable material.

Such a smooth chair mat a must have for carpet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The chair mat made my office so much better! It is extremely smooth and well made, my office chair absolutely glides across the surface. I was really surprised by how rigid yet flexible it is, it absolutely does not budge from its spot on the carpet or bow when I sit down. At first I was a bit nervous about how it would feel under my feet but I hardly notice it. The quality is great and it's very thick so you'll be really happy with it as soon as you open the package!

Excellent surface and smooth for rolling

I have placed the polycarbonate mat on a medium pile carpet and it has laid flat since day one. The rolling office chair that I use at my desk has glided across the surface of the polycarbonate mat with excellent precision. The mat is smooth and quiet and feels very comfortable on my bare feet when I’m working. Excellent choice for a desk or workstation.
