Appears to be of good quality. Life w/o cracking or discolor is major consideration. Contact me again in two years.

Doesn't Last Long

After less than a year this mat started cracking and only got worse. I patched it with clear duct tape which helped for awhile. I know it isn't the top of the line but I was hoping by paying a little more that it would last at least a few years but that was not my experience.

This floor mat protects my hardwood floor surface from scratches. I can roll easily with my computer chair on this type of mat.
