Not exactly the performance I expected

I use this mat for a home office with carpet. It is extremely thin which lets the chair sink into the mat causing ruts. The chair will not easily roll. I wish I had bought a thicker one.

Works but not great for 3/8 in carpet

I bought this to replace another mat which after 10 years had cracked enough to be coming apart. But this one has the same sag where the wheels are and holds those sags even though it was designed for 3/8" berber carpet. I suspect it will fail quickly and until then I'll need to "work" to move my chair from wheel sag divot to wheel sag divot. But it does protect the carpet!

much better quality than my previous floor mat - I don't think it will crack like my old one. No 'plastic' odor. I like the beveled edges too - nice addition that I didn't really think would make a difference - but it is nice. SUPER FAST shipping too - received it the very next morning.

Product has saved new floor

Worked out just fine for our requirements. We just installed a new wood floor in home office with two desks and wheeling chairs. Has protected floor from wear and damage.

I bought mat to protect carpet from wear and it is probably doing that but it make moving the chair much more difficult.
