Disappointing

This product was disappointing at best. the size is too small for any normal use the thickness is not enough the value for price paid doesnt exist. I have purchased clear floor mats in the past much bigger and the value was good. Call this one my bad and dont make the same mistake or it will be your bad too

Pricey but effective

We purchased this after not finding 'soft' replacement wheels for a desk chair under $60. Those that we did find had a threaded shaft that were too loose and the chair design disallowed getting a nut and washer to hold them fast. Hint to Staples on pricing! However this is about the mat not the wheels. It looks good and is quite functional. I would like to see them offered with both horizontal and vertical print designs in order to match the flooring pattern ... ours is crosswise to the floor grain. Time will tell how this compares & lasts to the clear plastic mats with teeth you use on carpet. I would also like to see a clear version without the carpet teeth. All in all one of our better floor protection purchases.

Does just what it is intended to do and looks nice also. Won't cure the pandemic but it will protect your floor and your stocking feet.

Wood looking floor mat.

I like the color because it matches my floor so it doesn't stick out however the description was deceiving. The advertising made it look like it was slip resistant. This is not the case at all. It slides when stepping on to it. It is ok once I am sitting down. I will keep it for the color but will have to get a rubber mat to put under it.

Chair Mat for Hardwood Floors

I wanted a desk chair mat for use on the hardwood floors in my home office. This laminate chair mat was not stocked by my local Staples store but they ordered it for me and surprisingly enough it was delivered (at no additional cost) to me the very next day! I couldn't have asked for better service. The mat works just as intended and I'm happy with my purchase!

The Staples® Laminate Chair Mat for Hard Floors Chestnut is perfect for me. It really matches my floor and it so much better than the clear one I had. There was always dirt getting under the clear one making it difficult to keep clean.
