We got these to put under our dining room chairs and it's workimg out great! They're a decent match for the floor and keep us from grinding it up more than we all ready had. They should work on carpet too.

Matt is just what we wanted. We have them in 2 locations. Had to replace one because it was used so much it developed holes in it. Notice though we replaced it with a new one just like it because we like them that much.

Chair mats

We purchased two of the Laminate Chair Mats for Hard Floors. They work well on our laminate floors. They look very nice and are a good size for the areas we wanted to cover. The chairs roll smoothly. We've just received them but so far the quality seems excellent. We had two problems when they first arrived. They had a strong plastic odor. We had to let them just sit in another room for a few days and also placed them outside for a few hours before we put them down. Now there is no odor. The other issue was that there were two labels on the mats. One came off easily. The other has left a gray residue that we haven't been able to get off.

Great Floor Protector

Got this mat to protect the hardwood floors in my office. It fits perfectly under my desk and my chair rolls very smoothly on it. I'm highly satisfied with this product.

Too slippery

This item would be better if it had some sort of grip on the bottom. It can be a little dangerous because sometimes your foot and the mat slip when you step on it.

Bought 2 of these to match my flooring which they do very nicely. However they are a little small for my needs and they SLIP when we walk on them. This is an accident waiting to happen. Do I need to use rug mats under them? What can I do to keep them from sliding?
