It does exactly what I need it to. No spikes on the bottom which is great. It might arrive slightly warped or rolled but it fFlattens out quickly with no problems.

The mat is good so far. The delivery method need improvement. It was delivered without any protection. Just a label and all twisted up. Had I know that it was unreturneable and would be shipped in such a fashion never would have order it. Took a while for all the wrinkle to flatten out. You need to DO BETTER!

The chair mat itself seems fine. It was left in a folded heap on the porch in 100 degree weather - and over a week later it still hasn't fully regained its shape. I'm using on a hardwood floor - it seems to do the trick for the most part but slides around a bit and needs periodic re-adjustment. A bit overpriced for a piece of plastic.
