It is extremely cumbersome to flatten this mat it took a week with the mat below heavy bookcases and it still isn't entirely flat. This was recommended to me in order for my office chair to stop rolling on an uneven surface but the chair rolls just as much on this mat. So the mat definitely is not suitable for this purpose. Also it took almost a week longer to arrive than stated at purchase.

The mat is a good size and I like that it is not clear like most office mats. This is the second one I have had. I work from home and the last one held up well for about two years which seems reasonable.
