Needed a cair mat to use in area with new laminate floor.. color is good contrast with floor and protects the laminate..chair rolls easily and mat stays in place..

The mat did not hold up. Showing scratches already after a month. Chair made imprint and would not roll. I waited to late to return.

I bought this chair mat even though it is suggested for wood or laminate floors and I have carpet. I did this for the look and also I don't like the plasic ones because of the things that stick out of the back of them. The finish is very nice and it doesn't slip or slide around. However now I know why they don't list it for carpet. It is extremely thin and the chair wheels indent the mat which make it hard to roll my chair around. So please mat makers I hope you will read this and start making attractive chair mats for those of us who have carpeting.
