The mat came unboxed filthy dirty looking old and used. It was sent again unboxed and dirty. Instructions were given to box or wrapped.

This is a nice mat and it arrived flat. It's shiny and thus stays looking new longer. It doesn't move around on the carpet when I move my chair. I like it a lot.

Purchased for a chair my 96 year old mother uses on a vinyl floor covering and it has been good so far. It stays in place and is thick enough that the wheels don't bind. Haven't seen any grooves yet either. Does the job.

Perfect. Arrived promptly. Heavy duty not flimsy like others. We have low pile carpet and it works perfectly.

The product description states that this mat is designed for high pile carpets but it did not stay in place and moved around quite a bit as the chair moved. I ended up returning the product.

This mat works well on a medium pile carpet and allows for easy chair movement from one side of the desk to the other.

This chair mat works well with my carpet floor which it doesn't slide. It definitely works well for my new office chair I purchased.
